  1. I live in hope too, but the outcome that pleases me most would be somewhat different to yours...

  2. Rossi to Ducati? The ultimate italian dream team?

Nah, that'll never happen, although I'm sure if he was given a couple of seasons he'd sort it out ;)

  3. It's amazing how a big cheque can change people's final straw.

  4. Perhaps he broke his last final straw throwing it out of the pram...

  5. And what would that be?

  6. I'd be surprised if he went back to Honda. For one thing they have Marquez who may well challenge Rossi's number of titles and also takes no prisoners on the track. Something that Stoner never liked.

Also i think its fair to assume Marquez would be the Number I rider since the team is funded by Spanish money.

  7. Why did you edit your reply?

  8. We all learn and progress... perhaps so did Casey on the things some would like to see differently. What i can't believe any of us would like to see changed is his ability to ride those bikes as soooo few can ... and indeed , on a duc, that would be something...

  9. Couldn't agree more. When it comes to riding the guy's a genius.

    It's just...

  10. If Stoner does comeback and we all know its a big 'if' and went to Honda, its Pedrosa's seat he'd be taking. However, I think that a serious return is a little unlikely

  11. Pedrosa's had that seat a long time, and it's only in the last two or three years he's really looked like a title threat. I'd have pitched him out years ago.

What's happening with Haydon, by the way? Is he retiring or staying in motogp?

  12. Why are you answering a question with a question ? LOL!

I edited to be less cheeky.

  13. Where will this all end?

  14. At the beginning

  15. Why are you still avoiding the question?

  16. James? Last time I checked he was still with Eurosport for BSB  The general consensus is the Nicky Hayden will find himself a Ducati seat in WSBK. That hasnt been confirmed, but its well known the Ducati really like him as he's a great PR and team player. Do Ducati have a presence in AMA racing? Maybe thats an avenue open to him. Personally, Id love to see him in BSB :upyeah:

  17. No-one likes a pedant:mad::wink:

  18. Ahh come on figgy...group hug  You know i was just playing :upyeah:

  19. The problem is for NH is what's on offer from Ducati?

I don't mean to keep giving the panigale a kicking but is he just going to have more of the same wherever he ends up, running mid pack at best? Is that where his mind is? He's nice and all that but is he hungry for wins?

unless he runs in superstock non of the other routes have what you could call a podium package, WSBK the panigale is way behind, BSB the same.

ok bmw & aprilia (rumour) may not be in WSBK next year so may give it a better chance but that's kinda doing well just because the big boys have gone to play elsewhere.

also, Honda may very well have a new bike to run in WSBK next year so I'd expect that or the Kwaks up the top end tbh.
