  2. FANTASTIC!

    Ducati World Championship at last!

Congratulations and well done to everyone involved.

  3. Great finish for Suzuki’s moto gp story and I still think binder would have won if he hadnt been so respectful of pecco and Fabio in the first handful of laps (rightfully so of course) .

  4. If Binder was on a decent bike he’d be a proper contender. If he does move to a top team then I’ll put money on him to become a World Champion at some point but he needs the machine underneath him.

  5. Next year should be interesting, hot competition between the Ducati’s. Yamaha apparently are coming up with a better engine. Marquez is back. Let’s hope KTM and Aprilia step up.

  6. In the meantime where do I get my gold sticker for my tank.

    Ducati
    1
    World Champions

  7. Dear Claudio,
Congratulations on the team and Pecco being world champions. How about a little celebratory give-away? Please deliver the V4R to…

  8. Wait a week or two and you get two for the price of one Sam. :upyeah:

  9. Oh yeah, in your dreams. If it’s got Ducati printed on it:p

  10. Bogey man back next year. I wonder if the fire’s still burning bright. It’ll liven things up a bit if it is…

  11. Ducati back on top of the world and fully deserving of the title is Bagnaia!! Most wins and podiums, five DNF's !!!! Congratulations Peco!!!

In fact alot of heroic rides today, Quatararo, Binder and of course Rins, what a season!!!:D

  12. Only if Honda fixes the bogey-bike! Pol - crash, Alex M - crash, Marc M - crash. Taka N - miles back.

  13. Well done Bagnaia, though watching him ride just to finish was little dull. FQ rode the wheels off that Yamaha. I hope next seasons bike is competitive. The other Yam riders nowhere to be seen, as usual.
It seems the only bike that really got close to the Ducati this year will not be on the grid in 2023.
We probably need another two of every other manufacturer to level things up a bit for next season..? It is very nearly a one make series.

  14. Suzuki what a waste of an obviously sorted bike

  15. Pecco special’s next year in the ducati range…he better run the 1 plate :upyeah:

  16. Be interesting to see what yamaha bring to the party at testing tmrw. Talk of extra horses being made availble to FQ.
    Heres hoping anyway.

We got 9 hours of testing to look forward to live on BT tmrw :bucktooth::bucktooth::bucktooth:

  17. I was about to say they'll be a Pani Pecco edition, followed by a Bautista edition (fingers crossed for him).

Good win for Pecco, although his head had clearly gone and the nerves had got to him, he did the right thing though and just bagged the points he needed. Fabio did all he could and if he'd have had clear track he'd have probably won, but it wasn't to be.

KTM pulled something out of the bag, the new chassis clearly a leap ahead of what they have been running, Binder saying it's the best bike he's had all year. As others have said if he hadn't have been so considerate to Pecco and Fabio he could have won the race.

Suzuki going out on a high, it's such a shame to see them go when clearly they have a great package. I know Joan and Alex have rides, but a lot of the Suzuki team don't, I hope they can all find something. Maybe someone in Suzuki will be questioning whether this is the right decision, but the axe has fallen unfortunately.

Let's not forget Bastiani wrapped up 3rd place, even though it wasn't a great race for him but with Aleix (and Vinales) both retiring he secured it.

Sad for Jack on his last Ducati ride, although I suspect he'll be happy with how Binder went. Funny if you saw Ducati tie up and carry Jack's engineer to the KTM garage as a gift LOL.

As for the race, once the first few laps had ticked by it was by all accounts pretty boring in all honesty, if the points were a lot closer I'm sure there would have been more fireworks, but not one of the best.

Great for Ducati though, wrapping up all 3 trophies, constructor, team and rider, congrats.

  18. I've just seen this and the monkey's off Ducati's back at last, a great year for Pecco & the red team. A nice try from FQ, roll on next year PDQ as i can't wait.

  19. See, no team orders needed. Peco did what he needed to do.
