Going out on a limb, I’m going to take a wild guess here - could the answer be “be people who like bikes who also have babies and toddlers”? I can’t imagine many non bikers taking their babies and toddlers to a bike show. Nor can I imagine any bikers without babies and toddlers borrowing someone else’s babies and toddlers just so that they can take them to a bike show. So, yes, that’s almost certainly the reason. Joking aside, I would say this is a good sign for the future tbh. Hopefully new or want-to-be riders who also want their kids involved in bikes, planting a positive memory related to bikes to build on in the future. The organisers were clearly supporting this by having a kids tv presenter front and centre of their advertising and a hall featuring Oset trials bikes.
The same sort of people who take a new born and a 1 year old on a 2 hour flight from the UK to Spain. Neither of the children could understand or deal with the discomfort of the changes in air pressure and the 1 year old was bored as f**k and cried the whole time. Just utterly selfish. Andy
I don’t believe it, kids should be booked in as checked baggage, or left at home with a Farley’s rusk and the Terminator films…
At least that's a means to an ends, they're going somewhere for a period of days not visiting bike show for couple of hours.
