In the 'Multi spotted - was it you' thread. Would it not make more sense if the most recent 'spot/sighting' is on the first page rather than the last. To my mind the longer ago a sighting happened the further down the thread it should be?
Logical (I guess) but you might say the same for any thread/discussion - it certainly is an option with the forum software, for the forum as a whole anyway and I think it's likely that individual threads/topics could have custom settings - non of which I can do anything with here as I'm just a Mod. TBH.....I think it makes more sense for settings to apply globally i.e. the same settings across all forum threads, for consistency and easy of use.... Happy to take this subject up with Rob (Admin) if more people feel the same. Thanks for your suggestion By the way re going straight to latest posts in a thread/topic: # if you've posted in a thread you should get an email for subsequent replies which includes a link to the new post (check your account settings if not;-) and/or you can can choose to Subscribe to any thread/topic and receive emails as above ;-) # on the forum home page you can choose to go straight to the last post of any thread/topic (the little grey circle/white arrow icon;-) An afterthought!........you can change the way in which threads/topics are displayed yourself.....applies to whole forum though ;-) ...thinking on my feet here! - at the top of any open thread/topic there's a menu.....you might be interested in: # 'View First Unread' ....and might find a useful option here: # 'Display'

Ok correction, all our photo thread photos have been hived off into a gallery you find following the link above, 'Multistrada Gallery by Rob' - some weird stuff going on, one pic of my bike appears under your name @Piero! :-O Couldn't find the rest of my photos and the photo montage videos have gone. @Rob - preferred the original setup in many ways, the above mentioned gallery is now just a collection of randon shots with the descriptions/stories missing and and no discernible pattern/order to the presentation. (just my 2p worth;-)
@Rob does not like pictures First the shift of the Gallery under VB and now the :Banhappy: I would favor a petition " Save the Gallery"
Possible to have both?..........the 'thread'/posts system as is plus the Gallery system you tried, where users could set up specific galleries of their own and with a 'general' gallery (for each bike type) pulling in photos from the photo threads? Does that make sense?
