Dull race but great result. Lorenzo comes through at last. Dovi did well as well. Only goes to show Petruci isn't up there with JLo and Dovi.
I must have watched a different race... sure one guy pretty much funking off ain' t ideal but there was plenty of battling and no walk in the park for rossi. Had me on my feet many times. Perhaps I'm easily amused! !
I was watching in a hotel in Italy, the noise from the bar's on the street outside was deafening when MM came off. Steve
He was like a metronome this afternoon. Interesting that Jorge says the new tank means he is not suffering from fatigue later in the race as he's not using his arms as much. I assumed, as everyone else did, that his use of a softer tyre than the other riders was causing him to drop back in the latter stages. Also running the small wings compared to Dovi today. I wonder if this is a turning point.
