Excellent, I have been waiting to try the real, de-bugged thing. Shame I'll have to wait until next year now for a trackday to try it on...
Just send an email to them ask them to send you the dl link. They probably have send you some emails alteady since all registered owners get also a Ducati customer card with a code on it and a welcome to the club email.
The latest (current) app is the final beta version and so they might not be making it widely available as they should now just be tying up any little niggles prior to release to the app store.
Once you get it linked it works fine. After a ride it's better to save the ride and quite the app by sliding it up, and then restart it when going for another ride. I find it very useful that one can link photos with the ride and create a sort of ride album on the web profile.
Apps been working ok until this 'final' release. Crashing more than ever now (the app!) won't connect or show saved rides.
Ducati tweeted on their twitter account a teaser for the Multistrada Link app today. Looks like it is close to being released into the wild. Hope all the good feedback you beta testers have been making is taken into account.
Got the new App. But, it won't recognise the bike's Frame Number. Anyone else having similar problems?
When I first tried the app when it was in beta it turned out I was trying to enter the engine number rather than the frame number. So make sure you are entering the correct number...
I just downloaded it. Did everything as per instructions and it continuously fails to recognise my frame number. Yet another piece of underdeveloped Ducati shite...just like my 1200 DVT!
