Since there are other 'indoor' shots...I'll add mine.

It doesn't frighten me so much when it's sat in here.

  15. That makes me want my 748 out!

  16. Took her out for her first ride this year, and since major service, yesterday as the 999 would not start and I got the hump and needed to walkaway and calm my self down. Had another biker pull up at a set of lights and complement me on her. Must have enjoyed listening to the 50mm Termi's.

  17. Yep, I had my 748 up for sale the last few months. Think I'm going to yank that and get it serviced and enjoyed again this summer. It's too nice not to! :handok:

  18. And going up in value.

  19. Allegedly... hasn't flown off the shelf though. Don't think it's "manly" enough for those who can't ride anything sub-1000cc because of the lack of power and general limp-wristedness. :tearsofjoy:

  20. In my defence; I did go out and buy a 996 as replacement.
Also the gearbox had exploded at 90 mph locking up and punching holes in the crankcases top and btm, oil everywhere including rear tyre but skidded to a halt. Then afer a difficult 2 yrs rebuild, it felt fragile everytime I rode it.....still do have regrets though.
