My Local dealer has just received there demo, so you must literally be the first person to pick one up? Would be great if you could do a detailed write up when you get time so we can all get an idea of the differences. I personally haven't learned much from a few reviews where the bike was on wet tyres on a wet track!

Here goes? Only done 60 miles so it's not difinitive As for comparing, you can't compare it with a BMW HP4, it's apples and grapes! As for power, it's got enough to be exiting but no as grunty as a GSXR 1000 and the HP4 will leave it for dead. So that is the comparisons out the way! The throttle is smooth and linear like a 1 litre engine but you have got use the box more like a 600 but not as much What I do like is the front end grip, even on fresh tyres, it was very confidence inspiring Have not had a chance to play with the electronics yet, but will report back when I have driven it more Dave
Are they putting the Termignoni's on? At the first service? I assume they agreed to give u them free?
yup they are, they said they will call when there in and just pop it back, no need to wait until first service as that could be a while due to weather. its loud now so I hope it wont be toooo much louder!
