Wonder what people would want out of a meeting? A: to meet up and have a group ride out , B: Just to meet, eat and get merry ? Similar things i have been in in the triumph forum, have usually been a friday night meet, sat group ride, sat night food & beer, then either people go home on the sunday or some have stopped and gone out again, whats peoples thoughts ?
As we discussed the other weekend, that's what I've done in the past when I've been on forum meets. Getting somewhere on a Friday night could be a problem for me because of work, but I'll go with the majority. Though a Saturday night in a b&b would prolly suit me better.
I understand people's work commitments come into play , and that you can't please everyone , some people will just be happy turning up and socialising some like a ride out, lots to think about if a national one does not work
