  1. It doesn't make any difference GH, the plug is there with a tail you have to solder your satnav tails to..

  2. Guys,
If the 2017 model is similar to the 2018, they've sorted it even better than as described, in that underneath the central plastic shroud, which covers the 'hands-free' button, just in front of the fuel filler cap, if you carefully prise that away, just to the left hand side, (sitting on the bike), they have fitted a female waterproof connector, just underneath the leading edge of the tank surround.
So all you have to do is fit a male adaptor to your sat-nav cable and it's fused and operates with the ignition.

I did this with mine and it was powered-up in 15 minutes tops!:upyeah:

Have a look and check this out.
If not then it used to be behind the lower front LHS panel, but I think I'm right as noted above.

    Regards
    TonyN

  3. Ok so I reckon (fingers crossed) I have sorted the wobble / vibration with the sat nav mounting, I got a piece of aluminium 300mm long, 25mm wide and 1mm thick and “eased” it around the mount and stuck the ends in the gap between the sliding screen mounts, I under the screw and using the U (flat) shap d but of steel screwed I’d down, see pictures. At all legal speeds it’s fine, on a private road at 120mph approx it still didn’t wobble, so I reckon that’s the best I am going to get.
