Welcome from another Newbie, bike looks stunning. Hope you enjoy getting to know it and some miles under your belt now the weathers picking up Ben
Ok..so I took the Ducati out tonight for a wee run up the valley..it handled like crap and I couldn't get it to go around corners, it just wanted to go in a straight line..something very wrong! Took it back to the garage, checked tyre pressures..rear was 15psi front was 10psi!! Put some air in them back up to the road and WOW..what a bike. The engine is sublime, plenty of torque and what a noise..amazing. I couldn't give it too much as the roads are still damp and it was dark but I loved it. All the switch gear came to hand very easily and the riding position was fine, this coming from a 16.5 stone 6' lump. I found my VTR really bad when I first got it but now it's really comfortable, my legs were the problem, had to keep letting hang down for a while every 60 miles or so. I suppose the more you ride like that the easier it comes. Anyway , first impressions are BIG GRIN and very happy chappy.
