When I bought my 1200S I was straight on to the dealer asking if there was a nack to finding neutral. Bit of mileage and hence wear in the box should sort it they said. It did make it marginally better. The neutral between fourth and fifth on the other hand is a little too easy to find.
All appears fine now - prob just my ham fisted initial efforts!! I also tend to "clutch" it up and down the box unless properly on it, despite my "disability". Seems to work best that way!!
