  4. Hi and welcome you won't be disappointed in your new bike.
I got a lucky ebay buy for my slash cut Termis, ECU and filter at £400 so keep your eyes open and your fingers crossed.
The other thing I would try and this is proper cheeky but write to the previous owner and ask him has he got anything for sale off the bike. A lot of people put the bikes back to standard before sale due to the dealers not giving them any more for the racing parts and then they sell them on later.

  5. I spent ages obsessing over exhausts. I settled on Zards but never got around to purchasing. I'd definitely ride it for a bit before you decide what to spend on if not got unlimited funds. Seat and suspension are immediate concerns to make it rideable. I'm still on original chain and sprockets but will go to 14t front as @Phill748 mentions. I've grown used to the clutch lever, I climb a lot and helps develop grip strength!!

I've got no issues with standard exhausts. Not exactly quiet or ugly. Zards on wish list and I'd get it mapped but I've done over 14k miles around UK and Ireland without issue. Still had folk tucking in behind me listen to the sound on the overrun into corners. Each to their own though. I paid for the ones on the bike when I bought it. If they ever need replacing I'll replace with Zards.

  6. hello and welcome dude.
I'm not far away, in Southall.
i get out to on yer bike in Aylesbury quite a bit in summer, maybe see you out that way.

  7. Thanks for the welcome and great idea, I will definitely give that a go!

  8. Thanks, at that stage at the moment with the obsessing bit! Going to take delivery and go from there rather then getting the work done by the garage before collection!

  9. Thanks for the welcome ... I'm there regularly myself with a few mates in the summer.

  10. cool I usually post on here if I'm heading up. You shouldn't be too hard to spot at 6'6! I'm easy to spot as I'm 5'6 and all my bikes look to big for me!
probably go up for their first Sunday opening for the season. I must check their site for date.

  11. Welcome along mate

  12. Thanks Wayne!
