This is mad, I too was at CMC this morning and met Nobster on his 1199s, beautiful bike, and I can bet you that I held the door open for you going to the toilet. LOl. Gonna get on it. I am going to try and get the locals together Steve, even if it will encourage us to share personal details after the meet then I feel something will have been achieved, I welcome any ideas as to the best time and way to do this. Can't help but feel that when you are riding alone that someone else is feeling just as lonely and would like a companion for the next brew. Don't get me wrong, I don't mind riding alone. motorcycling has always been the same, but it is nicer to have the banter and company at times too. Thank you, Andy.
That is a good idea Duccer's but I still think people need to meet each other in a personal way before feeling comfy with exchanging details in the first instance, plus it may encourage the effort to be there. I would love this to come off and have a group of like minded individuals who should have no real problem in arranging a ride out whenever it suits. What do you think?
Hey Harry, Get to Nelly ASAP and you will be on the road sooner than you think, don't delay though, he's a busy man.
Andy Set up a date for a ride out on here see who joins in then offer your number up so as people can join you It's always handy to have someone's contact just incase something happens on route I guess for me being a girly it's easier for me I usually offer up my details out of desperation
A little update, first thanks for all the suggestions where to get the bike sorted. As we speak it is with Nelly at Cornerspeed and can't wait to get it back and put a few miles under my belt.
