I just spoke to my dealer and he confirmed what we all know. Details of the bike were released over the weekend but the ordering system and allocation lagged behind. Therefore, my dealer was merrily taking deposits (8) and was shocked when he was informed only 35 for the UK. It seems they are going to try and flog the allocated amounts to each country over the next few weeks and those that don't get sold will be hoovered up by the UK dealers.
I think it will be at least another 2 weeks before anyone will get confirmation of a bike, so I have been told.
My dealer has promised me today I'll definitely be getting the beast even if they only get one. Paid my deposit 4th July at 10am and was first one in line. Very excited .

No and I am not actually that fussed one way or another. The whole thing has descended into a bit of a farce. Maybe I should start looking at an RSV4 !

Must admit, thought we would have heard about potential delivery dates by now, according to most articles I've read bikes were mean't to start hitting the showrooms at the end of the month! I'm going to my local dealer tomorrow and will see if they have any further info.
