  1. If you commute or do town riding, would defo recommend backing off the EBC, makes the ride much smoother when filtering etc if you go the Termi/Akro exhaust route the up map or better still a custom re-map will make it more fun at sub getting banged up speeds..

If you ride in the wet\damp get yourself some new footpegs or better still some nice rearsets... cnc racing make some lovely sets and you can get a discount on here from design course..

Your first £100 should be spent on getting the suspenders sorted though  awesome bikes, get out there and enjoy!!

  2. the flapper valve is a waste of space, people get rid because at slow speeds on a constant throttle, it closes, making the exhaust note dissappear, and heat and gasses build up in the headers, this is not helpful, or normal. Easiest fix is cut the nipple off the cable. If the fairings are off over winter, remove the cable. If you put end cans on, or a full system, the servo and cable can be binned (or shelved).
Check settings for suspension, traction and power are all at default. Then you can start playing to find your fave settings. There are plenty of threads on settings. :upyeah:

  3. Are there any how to on flapper disconecting. Would this also have any effect on concerns for track days?

  4. im not sure, but you cant go wrong, just cut the cable, but dont remove the servo unless you have an upmap. wont effect track days either.
