Your bike will be fine on MOT. You might get an advisory for loud pipes but, it’s a Duke and they know that. Don’t sweat it.

EDIT. Just seen your post re M&P. Get it done there. They are a Harley dealer and are used to open pipes. It won’t be an issue for you.
