Unless my eyes are deceiving me, the colour match between the tank sides and the new panels doesn't look that good, or could it just be light reflection with shadow casting..... That's on both bikes, Captains' + Neil's.
Now you’ve said that, I can see what you’re saying. Unless the panels are painted with the bike, there will always be a slight difference.
My tank does have 3m on it , the new panels have not been coated yet as waiting for the film so may seem different , not that I noticed tho .
They still look vastly better than when straight out of the factory though, so a good choice to make.
