Cheap as chips old chap, my slashcut termis with race ecu and filter and fitting including resetting of all throttle positions came in at a nice £1372.73. Looks to die for and the sound makes the hair stand up on the back your neck!
Thanks for the welcome guys. @ evo arrow. I know what you mean about keeping it standard but I'm afraid I ( and seemingly most people ) can't resist. It is a great bike as standard but there are improvements to be made especially with comfort etc such as the new seat I'm after, only done a few hundred miles and my balls can't take slamming into the tank any more. Plus I like to sit as far back as poss on the bike in corners which means after braking coming into the corner, as well as everything else I'm doing in a corner I'm having to physically push myself back at the same time. Also I find the levers are just to long for my liking and if I'm gonna change them I'd prefer black anyway. Rear sets is something else I may change purely for comfort rather than bling. As for the colour scheme and exhausts I'm afraid I have no sensible excuse to give other than loving the noise and something a bit different Like those arrow end cans but they look as though they poke out the back a bit far or is it just the camera angle? How do these bikes sound with after market cans compared to standard, much louder or deeper etc as I'm already suprised how loud they are as standard compared to any other bike? video clips are pretty useless they always just sound like bike noise!
They don't poke out much more than the standard cans and they are quite slim so aren't as 'wide' as the standard set up. The Camera angle prob does make them look worse than they are. with regards to more sensible mods; 14t sprocket, a DP Seat (the slim high grip one, stops me sliding forward all the time) and Oberon clutch slave cylinder has been the 3 best modifications in terms of making the bike more usable.
G-man, its your bike and its up to you how you want it. I've no problem with anyone making changes. Maybe its because I can't afford the extras
