Update on clutch. Fitted plates springs and torqued to settings. Fitted old slave bled and working perfect. Looks like a dodgy Oberon slave cylinder that was causing the problems.
Did the Oberon come with a spacer for the push rod? Did you install it? If so, probably not required.
