PCGB use to be based in Northleach (glos) weren't they? I'm the other side of the county (Forest of Dean) but am sure I'd seen an office there years ago.

Yes it was called Arton House. We moved to an elaborate and custom built building in 1996. The new building is Cornbury House in Moreton in Marsh, still Gloucestershire.
