Newbie in North Yorkshire

  1. I agree but for what ever reason the powers that be officially changed us from Cleveland to North Yorkshire, strange thing is my house has not moved an inch! :rolleyes:

  5. Yeah, bizarrely my house moved from County Durham to Cleveland and to just Hartlepool.....no where, without moving an inch too.

    But it's still home sweet home! :upyeah:

  7. Hey Guido, a good friend of mine from way way back used to live in Easingwold. His name was Adrian, he rode an old Z650 Kwak. This would have been about 30 years ago. Good memories.

  8. Not far at all....I use to have a static at the the White Rose Caravan park just along the road from you.....I was one of those visitors that used to come through your village.....till the bypass opened.

    But the monkey story is known all round the world, and the town makes money from the monkey parifinalia....and the Hartlepool FC mascot Hangus the Monkey was elected mayor, so I guess Chimp Choker it is. :upyeah:
