  1. This had changed when I tried to register a name 2 or 3 years ago

  2. Really hope they go after him before he absconds to a Virgin Islands somewhere and they find evidence of fraud. Just a shame any sentence will probably be suspended as it’s ‘the little people’ who got fucked over not big ones

  3. I wonder how all those who have paid a deposit will feel if they see the Company has moved some of its assets offshore and then starts trading elsewhere?

  4. These are all the same address, 71-75 Shelton Street, which is the address of 1st Formations a company registration agent which also provides company secretarial services. I'd say someone is just trying their luck and hoping to get in their first......or maybe there's a deal being hatched in the background between the Administrators and a potential purchaser:thinkingface:

  5. Edited: You don't fuck about with peoples pensions. Deposits and bike payments is one thing, someone's retirement income is basically like taking an elderly person and straight up mugging them

  10. People lose all their future retirement fund and have to rely on state only vs state, after years of notice, delaying women’s pensions to matcha men’s. Not really.

  11. all paid in all losing out, except one is an injustice and t'other a risk investment or even a gamble.

  14. How many remote islands have you been too?

  15. hmmmm. Perhaps they ought to open up the coffin on the Mount of Olives and do a DNA test, except there's no body in there. Conspiracy theory is he was working for Mossad, was blackmailing the Israeli Govt he would dish the dirt on some of their past antics unless they paid him the millions he needed to save the Mirror Group and reimburse the pension funds. The Israelis decided it was cheaper to knock him off and then give him a hero's state burial. Garner, crook that he is, is small fry compared to to the likes of Maxwell.

  17. In all seriousness, that's outrageous.

  18. I'd like to think I would but I have a few pounds tucked away and the wife has a good job and I have bikes I could sell if needed. We don't know these workers situations, they may be struggling to put food on the table and keep the banks at bay.

I'm not defending them, just saying its hard to judge without being in their shoes
