The little prick tried to shortchange us a few million Rupiah so a couple of us went back in the night and reversed his kiosk over the bridge it sat on with a hilux one of us has. Too good an opportunity to miss!
Latest Superbike report on the debts makes shocking reading. I hope anyone who put down a deposit is able to get their money back through chargeback on cards. What a con man... https://www.superbike.co.uk/article/norton-creditors-report-how-much-money-is-owed

I got my £2K deposit back on the Superlight, thanks to Santander and to BDO who I have to say have been super helpful. I count myself lucky and relieved. It'll go towards shoring up the underground bunker.

Looks like the grinning piece of excrement that is Stuart Garner was merrily lining his pockets with more cash pre-administration https://www.motorcyclenews.com/news/norton-motorcycles/ Straight into his own bank account I suspect.
The company owned a fleet of luxury cars worth £800,00! If Garner does not end in in prison then this case shows that white collar crime definitely does pay! Why would a company just starting out need one luxury car, even?
I thought it was in the hands of the Administrators, in which case they will sell the assets for 10% of their value. The VAT, then the IR, then the banks will get whatever's left. He will get the square root of fuck all.
Then I don't get it. Changing the name is hassle as you have to update the banks - if there are any active bank account. Dunno why you would bother
