Got my Strada 2 weeks ago and had a couple of concerns too. Yes there is a false neutral between 4th & 5th, but as long as you don't do lazy shifts it ain't a problem. Mine came with a MRA touring screen so no problems there. I've added exhaust & rad protector as they are fairly vulnerable. Looks good too! I've ridden a few tourers & nothing comes close to the grin factor of the Duc. Handling & speed are fantastic, and keyless ignition comes in handy. I don't regret getting mine at all.
