As above, Sabine isn't really a usable example for someone who hasn't done laps before. My first time I did around a 9 minute in a GT3, I have done some racing before and had absolutely no idea where I was going, over driving the car and cooking the brakes, looking like a right billy. Getting overtaken by locals in golfs was an eye opener.
