sorry @johnv not very fair for me to post a post like that then not allow a response. four years of this. watching people have serious fall outs over politics . played my part init too. doing my v.best to stay out where i can. the direction of travel Westminster is continuing to take us i find truly depressing.
The direction Westminster is taking is extremely depressing, there can be no reasonable argument against that. The answer is not in Brussels. That's where we all disagree.
yes, it's a shame that 'written word' debate can often quickly escalate into a personal frenzy/frenzy that becomes personal much faster than a face-to-face version. It would be good if someone could begin a basic pro's and con's list that both sides could agree on/try and agree on but i'm still dreaming on the last bit aren't I?
I am not falling out with anybody. I have my opinions, which I am prepared to share and defend, but I am not wound up over it. I agree with you over the direction of travel at Westminster, but I firmly believe that the EU is not the answer. Meanwhile lets enjoy life, because it is the only one we have.
