I've just picked up from five laps in on the first sprint race and after watching the TT races, it's a little dull.
I enjoyed the weekend on the whole. Fantastic m3 race, a last lap dash to the podium for jd96 in m2 and pecco imperious in the big one. Great weather on top of that, it looked like there were a lot more fans than last year and of course 93 fell off again. Winner winner chicken dinner.
15 points and 18th from 6 rounds and currently miles behind both lcr riders in the standings but he’s the goat apparently and it’s all the bikes fault
A perfect weekend for Pecco, great rides by both Martin & Zarco and a sterling effort by the injured Marini. Frankie in front of Fabio, all weekend, Fabio is clearly well pissed off with Yamaha, but will he jump ship next season? MM up to his usual tricks in FP & QP, at least this time he didn't take anyone out when he binned it again. Next weekend at the Sachsenring will be interesting, and I bet MM crashes again riding like an idiot, which seems to be his norm now. I just wish the commentators would say it as it is, instead praising the twat!
The Italians know how to put on a show. Bit of a dull affair though the actual Moto GP race apart from seeing MM bin it. Hate to say that, but I’m afraid it is just desserts for his qualifying antics. I know there is nothing in the rules, and it has been going on for a long time , however it just grates with me. The way he threw his arms in the air looking at the bike shows he’s had a gutful of that bike now anyway. Both Rins and Mir out with injuries now , no doubt attributed to trying to tame the once hallowed Honda ?
Agreed. Motogp.com commentators were kissing his feet too. Ridiculous. Plenty out there on uncompetitive bikes with more points…why could that be …..oh yes, they dont ride like idiots. His crash was expected, but pleased he did not take anyone with him. Gave the bike a hard stare afterwards, as if to say wtf is up with the bike? He was clearly well out wide, on the dirt and expecting too much of the front tyre. Goat? Tit more like. Top rides from several others carrying injuries. Pramac lads going well. Lets see what KTM can do in the next race.
Interesting listening to the idea of MM going to another manufacturer. Which one could afford 2-3 rebuilds every race weekend? He bins it in practice, totals it in the race and often comes away with no points too. Next weekend, another tow behind Bagnaia, bin it in practice. Cause a crash in the sprint. A win or crash in the main race…
He was definitely in the wrong in this instance but its like the boy who cried wolf (in reverse) isnt it, hes dicked about so much over the last 2 years + you cant really blame Pecco for thinking ffs here we go again. Loved how he blanked him in parc ferme afterwards and let 93 celebrate like he'd just won the world championship. He even tried to wind him up in the interviews after thanking Pecco for the tow - how did that work out for you mate? Wanker.
Zarco very lucky to still have a right leg and walk away from that.. Just coincidence again that it was MM? See FP2….
Did you see Jorge Martin braking into turn one coming over that hill on his front wheel?? Fucking hell
MM, didn't even go over to check on Zarco or apologise, he just ran off to get his 2nd bike, the guys is a complete cock, how many more riders will he injure, how many bikes will he destroy and get away without any repercussions?
It will be telling on Saturday morning. Outside the top ten….so… Who will he choose for a tow this time? Who will he take out in one of the races?
I get the hate for MM after he didn't go and see if Zarco was alright but I don't think anyone can blame him for the crash. MM was a nob for suggesting it was Zarco in the wrong
