A humble little run around I have just bought, have a soft spot for these bikes after thrashing one to work for years with no problems at all, don’t say it , go get a real bike!
Can I just publicly say a huge thank your to Pete for escorting me through London and shoving me in the direction of Newhaven yesterday afternoon. Had he not offered to do that I would have been in London for another week trying to get out. The New BMW is nice, not as good looking as the Supersport but has many toys on it. I started at Bergerac airport on Monday morning heading for Stansted and after around 800 kms and a ferry, was back in the Dordogne at 14:00 hrs Tuesday (today).
Umm, I'm not sure . It has a baffle in it . I always put my ear plugs in and lid on before starting up and riding off so as not to annoy the neighbours.
There’ll be an increased demand for those when we are all ancient and too feeble to hold up a jota etc. At the traffic lights.
