It's a Melotti racing yoke, you should find them on Ebay. Pricey mind but definitely on another level from Dukabike or CNC racing. They also do them in black...
Interesting to see they have changed/added the mounting hardware for the rear speed sensor cable which was previously zip tied to the rear hugger. Never a lover of that method, so may have to avail myself of the new P-clip option.
