Booked the Jupiter again. Nice hotel and close by far beer and grub. Fuck being isolated at the hotel track
The beer at the track hotel was reasonably priced and the bar food is ok but we drove into town every night. Two of our gang don't drink so they don't mind driving and one of them used to live in Portimao so he knows some nice restaurants off the beaten track. The main drag is nice out of peak season but in season it's a pita trying to get a table for 9 or 10 people. The marina area is nice with some good restaurants. I've stayed at the Jupiter quite a few times but now prefer the track hotel.
