I have made up my mind. None of the single colour Panies look very good whereas most of the bikes with more imaginative paint schemes look great. I think Ducati lack a bit of imagination in their paint schemes generally. Slab-sided blocks of colour are a bit dull (which is why I had to add big Ducati Performance stickers to mine.
Just ordered my Tricolore to be delivered next March, long time to wait but not many riding days left this year anyway. Ordered it with the Termi plumbing and some carbon... Chris.
Think snells have one of those in stock...I dont know as I darent look in case I end up chopping my 848 in and signing ,y life away to buy it
Hi Chris, Any chance you can post a pic from the seat to show the nav set up. Does it block out the dash? Cheers Jim
Hi supercharged, Was after chris320 as I assume the tricolore is his and interested in the way the nav is fitted in the pic. Got a tri on order and looking to head over to Europe next year. Cheers Jim
No worries Jim, may I wish you a fantastic adventure for next year. Are you planing anywhere in particular yet or will you just make it up as you go which is how I prefer to do it. Have fun... Chris.
Hi Jim, dont have a pic with the garmin installed but , no, it dosn't block out the dash at all. used gps for finding specific places but not so good for navigation on the move, especially shifting on the Panigale, when it would take your eye too far off looking where you were going!! cheers.
Hi Chris, hoping to do WDW13 if its on and usually do a motogp, fancy Brno or Mugello again. Just comeback from Misano, Tavullia and Ducati factory, fantastic time.
Cheers Chris, normally use bluetooth into the helmet from the nav, happy it doesnt blockout the dash.
Jim, I think I am right in saying WDW is held every two years. I was there this year and will certainly be trying to go to the next one. Only hope next one isn't held during a bloody heat wave, was too hot to even ride this year. Funny enough having said that it sounds a daft thing to say. But it was hot.
