It’s probably a good time to go for a blast around Scotland - their police might be too busy dealing with the most heinous of crimes to worry about loud exhausts and going a bit too fast. Unless the average-speed camera disease has extended up there? Probably. People suggesting more regulation than already exists in the UK maybe don’t deserve the hard-won freedoms they’ve enjoyed.
I think most people would want safer roads. It’s the complete lack of any policing of our roads other than by cameras that the most concerning.
