I’ve got plenty of weekends and a few longer trips under my belt with dvt and latest 9 day trip around Scotland on the 1260s (NC 500)I have standard panniers and never encountered a problem, as others have said, as long as you’re not weaving radically you’ll be fine, enjoy the trip
