Dynamoto option is expensive but for the two seconds it takes to pop the bike onto one of their stands seems to offer the most manoeuvrable solution of all.
I have, twice with my Panigale. albeit my then garage had a mild incline. Lessons learned: 1) don't trust a side stand. 2) keep it in gear. 3) get a wheel chock (best versatile purchase I've made). Not only will your bike be secured upright, it double's-up as a mounting bracket for trailering and awesome at the track for those so inclined.
