At my Vets4Pets they won’t let you into the treatment room with your pet unless you wear a mask, bEcOz oF cOvId. I shit you not.
It’s absolutely mental. It’s as if large parts of the population have switched their brains off and they’re just coasting in neutral.
Yeah I had to have a cat put down start of 2023 and she said can’t be there due to covid restrictions so picked her up and went to leave. receptionist weren’t wearing masks and no way is any animal of mine being done without me there. She relented when she realised I wasn’t having it!
Through up his whole meal this morning and generally looking under the weather and not keen to do anything and can’t settle. So it’s a day of not doing much and seeing if it works its way thru the poor fella. Still like it later it will be another visit to vets tm!
Always said this, theyve taken a whole lifetime of £££ off you and *morally should leave you alone when you're on your arse. *I think we all know where morals get you in this country these days though.
We're always in bits at that point. Though later I told them where to go, when they tried to charge me £30 for helping me carry a dog in from the car.
