Thanks a lot for all your words. The furry little buggers don't half get in to your hearts and become such a big part of your life, they don't half destroy you when they leave. House feels empty at the moment.

Well they are refusing to pay rent. One of them got a letter yesterday at my address, using my surname so I think they are staying!
