She’s been back at her place in London for a week or so. To say he was happy to see again this afternoon her was an understatement.
We lost our 13yr old american bulldog to cancer just over a month ago. She was an absolute gem from the day we got her from rescue at 8yrs old and never put a foot wrong in all her time with us. After the "lets give it a few months before we think about another derg" went out of the window in the first couple of weeks, we are now auditioning our new housemate from the local rescue centre. Bonnie is a young English Mastiff/Perro de Presa Canario/pit pony cross and she seems to be fitting in well so far, barring a little separation anxiety at this early stage. Think the house feeding rate is about to increase though
Lots of beautiful dogs on here but not many cats. One of our boys, Conway, resting after a hard morning sleeping.
We've had GSD's for 40 years, and each time we've lost one, we've said no more dogs. But the house is so empty without a dog. Every loss leaves a scar on your heart though . Brothers and sisters, I bid you beware of giving your heart to a dog to tear. (Rudyard Kipling)
Very sociable to the wife and I, cats are generally regarded as being aloof but he follows us round, loves being around us, loves his playtime, have to give him a good run around everyday. He’s adorable when he turns on the charm, he’s a little $h1t when he sees a wiggling toe out the end of the bed or off the edge of a sofa. Love him to bits though
