  3. Lorenzo damaged Marquez. I think he should be banned.

  4. lol very predictable ;)

  5. The fact is this: Marquez was racing, Lorenzo was racing, the organisers fucked up the PLS markers, they collided. Neither rider was at fault, the organisers were at fault.

  6. yes of course

  7. unless of course, he is correct..

( i havent even seen any of the comments..i just thought id stick my oar in)..

I enjoyed the race, but wasnt it really a farce??

How could Honda fugg it up so badly?? What was Marquez pissing about at?? Why did they have that stupidly short exit from pit lane??

Sorry, but i thought that the management of the two bike strategy was a farce...how many riders were black flagged??? something was very clearly wrong for so many 'offences' to be committed in the race..Dani being docked a place, MM black flagged..it was an utter joke....
i would be very surprised if they werent several appeals and complaints (all of which will fall of deaf ears of course)...
MM's world championship could be in jeapardy thanks to this mess..if Lorenzo wins, then in my view, he will have been given a gift today...
It was a fekk up and the results were a mess...even the guys on the podium didnt know what step to get on....

  8. make em do 10 star jumps before leaping onto the 2nd bike too..

  9. I think they should have to swap bikes mid-race, see what Marquez can do on a PBM...

  10. in Shot 1 MM looks over his shoulder and the road is clear..the pic doesnt show this, but review the footage and you'll see that JL/DP are one turn away from the straight. The straight is also uphill, obscuring MM's view, although he probably would have seen their heads..Notice too that he has passed the white lone painted on the grass to the left.

in shot 2 MM has travelled downhill..the painted line on the grass is now some distance behind him..in which time JL/DP have rounded the corner and are now on the straight having crested the brow..i think MM would have seen them approach the straight whilst still on his limiter, then as soon as the limit was lifted, he went for it, honestly believing that he would be infront, or as good as..JL probably saw this, left it a bit late on the brakes, ran a metre or so wide and hence contact...but no harm done, no points deducted.
If JL persisted in a claim to have further points deducted from MM when a) MM was black flagged anyway after the total cock up, and b) he won the race and was also partially at fault, then i will have no option but to think that he is an utter bellend..

  11. Thankyou.

  12. He probably saw an opportunity and took it, whether that was an empty track or an opportunity to get onto the racing line infront of the others I don't know. He seems willing to accept a higher lever of risk than his competitors, whether that is his youth, inexperience or both who knows.

Someone in Honda screwed up re the pitstop but we are the winners.

  13. Marquez was at fault. If he'd pitted when he should have done they wouldn't have clashed.

  14. Maybe it was the guy holding the pit board's fault...

  15. ooooh your very pro marquez in all your posts - I bet youd think his shit smelled of roses.
no balance to your point of view...???

    ...are you a journalist ???

  16. For what?

the images are meaningless. MM would have to be an idiot not to know that they were all going to be at the same bit of track at the same time. You see it in F1 every race. It's primary school arithmetic.

The only thing that would preclude that would be for both JL and DP to have had a nightmare change over or made a mistake on track. This in itself would be a stupid assumption to make.

To go that close to the racing line when his tyres were a lap behind in terms of heat and so he had no chance of passing was overly optimistic.

  17. if he couldnt have seen or had an obstructed view - perhaps he should have looked when he could see.

the fact is but for the luck of muther luck no one was taken out or injured bad.

sorry but while I admire his talent, I also think he is beyond safe too often..

some think he isnt, I respect what you say but dont agree...

  18. Marquez

"Today was our first experience of a Flag-to-Flag race, and suffice to say it wasn't a good one. My team and I had set out a strategy and we thought that we could come in after lap 10, but in reality this counts as an extra lap. We hadn't had that in mind and this was a huge mistake. We had everything well planned and I followed the instructions on my pit board. You learn from these things though, so now we have to move on and focus on the race in Japan."

    Pedrosa

"Today's race was very stressful -above all before the start, as the rules were being changed every five minutes. Everything was turned on its head and it was very difficult to adapt first time, without making any mistakes. Marc [Marquez] made mistakes and I did too. Everything was going so fast and it was confusing for both the riders and the mechanics. We had to be clear about which lap to enter the pits, as it wasn't obvious which was lap 9 and which was lap 10. The two bikes needed to be prepared and the tyres as well, the pit lane was much longer than normal... it was all so strange today. The exit line from the pits wasn't clear, and neither could you see the entry line very well, so it was all a bit improvised. In my case I was able to rectify my mistake on the track and, although the second bike wasn't the same for me as the first, I managed to take second in the race and be very competitive."

  19. Absolute farce. Dorna and Bridgestone, and Dunlop as well, should be ashamed

  20. Probably because they antipipated 75% of the field using the pit lane on the same lap and didn't fancy then screaming down that bumpy, narrow exit road together on full chat.
