  1. It’s midnight and you’re sitting in your garage admiring your bike o_O
    Night night ;)

  2. I’m not even ashamed.

  3. Are those Ohlins badges on the forks a standard thing now or something you added?

  4. Got them from eBay. I’m not 100% on them, but they’ll stay for the time being.

  5. For perfection - they could have made the engine colours on the Left and Right the same colour...

They could have made the visual asthetics on the side on flow better - instead of bits a this and bits a that - Trellis - vertical fins - black mottled.....

  6. I’m not ecstatic about it. CNC do a black version with a clutch window. Very expensive.

Might be a decent Christmas present though……

  7. The only real improvements it needs are to be lighter and use less fuel. Neither of which are going to happen.

  8. The weight is perfectly balanced , and the fuel used is only relevant to how much fun you have , if you have a V 4 multi be it a PP or a V4s it’s a bike to enjoy , not worry about fuel . If fuel went up to 5£ a litre I would still have the same fun as the bike just wants you to RIDE it . IMHO One life live it

  9. It’s feels a lot easier to move round the garage than the 1260.

  10. Everyone says that but we are being ripped off by the oil companies and the Government. They are taking the piss big time.
I have heard rumours within the haulage industry that they are considering blockading the fuel depots again to make them see sense.

  11. I put £38 in mine today in one go.

  12. Couldn’t agree more

  13. It also needs some rubber bungs to cover the mirror mounting bolt water trap, you know like the 1200 & 1260 DVT has , minor detail but why leave them off, although if you don't ride in the rain or wash the bike it'll be fine

  14. Do you think they’re the same as the 1200/1260?

  15. If it cost £100 in fuel alone for a half days ride everyone would have to think twice about how much riding they did.

I am at a point in my life where I intend and need to work less days yet all we are seeing is the cost of the basics in life going through the roof. £500 went out of my account the other day just to pay one month's rates and one month's electricity and gas.

  16. I'll let you know.

  17. Bungs are not necessary on the V4 as there are drain holes to stop the water collecting

  18. No drain holes in the hex head bolt , would certainly look more finished off with some sort of cover, like the 1260.

  19. I can tell you they are, as I kept my old 1260 ones and they fit fine
