Polished Termis

Looks fantastic,any tips and the best polishing kit to use as I would love the pipes on my 848 to look like that

 

Havin a go at mine this week. Not taking header pipes off tho, havent got the patience or childlike hands to get the nuts off the studs!

 

Yeah mine snapped the front ones - cheese I tell you cheese

 

You can help do mine then Char, could do with a hand

 

Get a 10mm ring spanner and grind one side flat, or until it slides on the nut...

 

you want yours snapped as well?

 

I'll do the nuts, you can buff

Not quite to all you guys standard but certainly cleaner at least

 

this is my first attempt... needs doing some more i think too get a better shine, but i need the bike this weekend

Note the rear sets...916 with a slight adj to the holes, perfect and at £59 super bargain!

 

Looking good! done mine when I first got my bike a year ago and they've been a pig to keep shiny ever since!! had them off this winter and re polished so heres hoping it will last a bit longer this time!!
