Do not do it. Be patient. If you are desperate to find out then switch out the headlight relay. It is the same type.
Update: I tried to flash it off the bike using a diagram I found on JP's forum. Did not connect... So I guess my ecu is dead
*UPDATE 2* Turns out I bricked my ECU. The flashed .bin file was corrupt. I drilled a hole in the ECU so I can access the 2 pins to trick the ecu to go into boot mode. After doing that I reflashed my bike in "bench mode" and now it works like a dream!
