Sounds like an awesome first race weekend to me. 3 finishes, decent time. I'm hoping its dry for the DUK day and see if I can get a ime on my multi...2.10 probably lol
Its about the same as my body position, I just cant stick my knees out !! once im on the bike I can only open my knees about 3-4 inches wider than the tank. I just cant get my knees out wide enough to get myself off the bike enough !!
My mate Geoff chasing me at Cadwell Park on his Triumph Daytona 675. We had faster laps but these came out the best on video. Worth mentioning how much more corner speed my mate is running on the 675 to make up for the power deficit in the straights.
No, fast group. There seemed to be a wide spread of abilities and bikes. Some sessions were super fast whilst others were traffic jams.
Technical and flowing. Took me 5 sessions to work out where it went and where I was on track, its blind crests everywhere. Tough to know times, certainly under 2'10 and was timed from the wall at that, and I know Mike was on a 2'09 on a session and I passed him. Think he got into 2'05 day 3. Tbh tho, not my bike (totally std incl brakes and rear sets), really unfit, slick metz rear and dunlop qualifier front (!), new track with no idea where I'm going and I know I was only riding at 75% most places (as if under instruction) to get under 2'10 I am happy with. Worn thru a slider tho and was leaving sparks everywhere I'll be going back, probably with Redline again, worth booking
