  1. Ah right, it's not really representative. Those were the first couple laps of the session but the later laps were not very good video so wasn't much point putting them up. I reckon the average lap time was about 1.44 as we were in the main crowd at that laptime on the first day and on the second day once we got the times down a few seconds started passing lots of people.

  2. Thought you got yourself a 675 Bradders?

  3. Just checked the youtube vid and they were both around 1'45s

  4. I have. It lasted 4 laps then kaboom!

I must have misread the clock on YT, sounds more like it

  5. Ah shit that sucks, sorry to hear that. You getting a new engine?

  6. Finges crossedits just top end. Dropping to local place Sat for them ti strip and have a look. Thing is, if its apart, and cams n valves needed, do I get race cams etc....

  7. Be rude not to..... :) Such fun bikes. I'm buying into half of @MissPineapple 675 so she can get some cash for a gsxr1000 k6 track bike that she wants.

  8. Castle Combe yesterday. These look pretty similar to the ones I posted last month, albeit with a bit more lean angle this time.

  10. Would like to have done that but couldn't get the day off :Arghh::Arghh:

  11. You missed out, John McGuinness was there testing his TT superstock and electric bike. He was out during one of my track sessions too. He came past me like I was going backwards...

Skip to 9:30 to see the man himself, or feel free to endure some mediocre laps of Castle Combe.

  14. Couple vids going around in circles at Silverstone on Monday. I didn't realise how little drive I was getting out of the worn rear tyre until the last session when I turned it around so the tail cam vid is a few seconds slower around the lap.

  15. Some good footage following my mate on his Triumph Daytona as well

  16. I was there Monday too
Despite the drizzle second session, it was a decent day
Not sure I like the national circuit to be honest as I was getting dizzy going round and round

  17. Nice. What are you riding, you look way smoother than me. I was struggling with gear changes on the 1199s and would have changed sprockets if I had the opportunity.

  18. It's a 2013 ZX6R
When I'm there I feel like I'm on it, then when I watch it back I'm gutted I'm not trying harder :)

  19. I didn't realise the national circuit was so short !!

  20. Yeah, it's very physical as it's mostly corners, very fast and there are no places to rest during the lap. We're all sore today! I actually enjoyed it a lot more than I expected as I was initially disappointed when I realised that we booked the smaller circuit. I'm now thinking it's actually better to do the smaller circuits when only doing a single day as it's a better workout.
