Very interesting to see your times 1:51.95, a second quicker than my best on my 899, but weirdly I did a 1:52 on my 748R in November...

 

Sean nearly was doing 1”39 a couple of years ago on his 899, so some way to go yet

Btw anything close to 1’50 is a great time

 

I have to accept I have limited talent, but always seem to make a modest improvement. I will take the 899 back to Cartagena in November and see if I can crack 1:50.

 

I think Crafars guide is really good around there

 

Weirdly I met him there in November 2017 after I had binned the 899 and needed to borrow a hacksaw to get back on track. I saw this bloke with a huge toolchest and simply asked him if he could help me. I did not recognise his face, but that voice is unmistakable. Lovely bloke with plenty of useful stuff to say.
