  2. Char, in your first post you appear to be comparing lbs per HP with HP per kg.

    Firstly be consistent with your units of weight and then decide if it is

    total weight / HP i.e. units of weight per HP, where a low figure is good

    or

    HP / total weight i.e. HP per unit of weight, where a high figure is good

    you are wanting to compare.

    Is this what you were asking ?

  9. Err Paul that's not hours, minutes and seconds...its degrees minutes and seconds...
    Unless you were being totally bloody minded most people would accept that you meant one minute and x seconds, since virtually all our circuits work out like that in the UK.

    But unlike most, I'll put my hands up and say so ;)

    Back on thread...as summed above, same rider on same bike but lighter/heavier versions its very likley lighter version would be quicker in every eventuality
