I'm happy with the change. I found the standard bars just a bit too wide. The PP bars feel very similar to those on my 1200 Multi. I was told that standard bars on the V4/V4S were a bit wider to compensate for the additional input required for the 19" front wheel and therefore the PP bars are narrower as it has a 17" front wheel. Not sure I noticed any additional input required with the PP bars on my V4S.
