  4. I believe PEN 15 used to be on a black merc belonging to a Mr S Parrish.
In the UK I have seen SEX 1E and 32 DD but not parked next to each other.
During my travels in NZ I saw AWOL on a Willys Jeep, SLAP ED was another good one, but the best one had me laughing for miles, he may have been an old farmer with EIEIO.
My mate had DESM0 on his 748 but with a zero at the end as the other one was already taken.
They are Occasionally Entertaining but I would rather spend it on tyres and petrol.

  9. I have had a NI plate (3 letter 4 numbers) for 20 years or so, got it to hide the age on a E34 BMW back in the day,its currently on my ZZR1400

  10. I’ve got a 3 numbers, 3 letters plate (totally random) on my Panigale. It started life on my Morris Minor then move to 2 GSXRs, an 1198 then it’s current home. I’ve had it about 15-16 years now.
One advantage is I can have a smaller number plate on my bike yet it’s still just about legal, BS marked and makers postcode as required. It’s not much smaller but noticeably so and In my opinion looks better for it.

  15. My mate had TOP 10 on his motorbike, his farther owned a local garage, my mate stripped his bike for a complete rebuild and while it was in bits he joined the RAF, when he came home on leave he decided to complete the rebuild of his bike and when he came to tax it he couldn't find his log book, his father had been a bit sheepish for a while until he confessed to selling the registration number. True story, I was only talking to him about it over Christmas.
I have a number that spells my name, sad I know but it was too good to miss.
