I have had a devil of a job when riding bikes with gear lever/rear brakes on different sides, but what really drove me mad for several months was when I moved the position of my fridge in the kitchen that had remained in the same place for years. Every time I went to get some milk out of the fridge I could feel the conflict in my brain as my body started to move towards the old position of the fridge whilst my brain was screaming out ' no it's not there'.

I find making the adaption to driving on the r.h.s effortless when abroad, the problem is the next morning when I set off, and all the maniacs are driving towards me on the wrong side of the road!

Lol, I have just had a new kitchen fitted and I am getting rather annoyed with myself for turning right away from the coffee machine as opposed to left to suit the new fridge position. The human brain is rather strange eh?
