Had a reply from pepo nothing else being sold asked about either a montjuich or montjuich tt seat nope not a chance bizarre was going to order it last Sunday as well, will have to rethink. I did tell him about this link and the fact he had a disproportionate effect and inspiration on the style a lot of us love. Real feckin shame. Pablo looks like it's back to the drawing board .
If its a Montjuich Seat you are after I have one for my project bike which hasn't been fitted yet, you are welcome to take a mould from it if that will help?
Some art is never appreciated during the artists lifetime. Although appreciated artistically, financially they arrived when the world was getting skint. Shame as I really really really admire his creations. I just wish I could own one but I have not the finance I'm afraid. He may not have made a financial impact, but he sure as hell has made an artistic one. I'm pretty sure he will be happy with that. Buena Suerte Pepo

Well if there is enough interest I may have a contact who could put together a limited run of them in either Fibreglass or Carbon Fibre, I will make a call and see what he says.
I wasn't planning on mass producing them, only helping out a couple of forum members who have asked and have been told that they will no longer sell them one. You do raise a good point though, I will email Pepo and see if he minds me making a copy, I don't want to step on anyones toes.
Pepo has emailed me back and has asked that we do not make any copies, he is trying to sell the jigs on so the bodywork can be manufactured under licence. Sorry
Wonder why these companies go out of business...buy the moulds. remember chatting to Tony Brancato about his SS kit. Brill stiff, fits perfect, sturdy and high quality. Til a DDer copied it, and sold it in cheap fG for half the price and tore the arse out of his race trade. Some would say he should have dropped his, is quality important?! But thats not what he built his business on. And as he designed the original moulds its a pisser
Another one who is gutted that such a forwarding thinking company will no longer be setting our souls on fire. I just bought a Montjuich Seat off Pepo just before Christmas, probably one of his last ones. I am in the process of building or should I say trying to emulating one of his classics.........when I get round to it I will post the process on the Builds and Projects.
